struts2 文件上传的两个注意事项

1，上传图片时，.jpg 对应的格式是image/pjpeg
2，上传文件时，struts.properties中的struts.multipart.maxSize设置比org.apache.struts2.interceptor.FileUploadInterceptor的maximumSize先起作用
